Responsibilities

Oversee operations in assigned location, managing a specific portfolio of properties
Develop and grow relationships with property owners through proactive communication and becoming the subject matter expert on those properties, ensuring they are clean, maintained, and well cared for
Meet and maintain Vacasa standards and metrics (e.g., NPS, standard unit appearance, efficiency)
Manage a budget for the portfolio, adhering to set annual costs and performing cost-benefit analysis
Manage an efficient and high-quality team, ensuring they are trained, effective, and adhere to Vacasa policies and procedures
Support team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns via emails, calls, and tickets
Partner and assist Business Development Representative when new units join the portfolio
Perform light home maintenance (e.g., light bulbs, door hinges, unclog toilets)
Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with regional team members and upper management
Provide cross-coverage for manager and Co-LOM(s) when necessary
Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals
Occasionally perform housekeeping and maintenance duties
