Responsibilities

Prep food items while managing incoming orders
Interact with guests, showcasing passion for foodservice and dedication to hospitality
Adjust food items to accommodate guest allergies and dietary concerns
Serve food at proper temperatures, acting as a liaison to front-of-house employees
Operate kitchen appliances (blender, oven, flat top grill, stand mixer, etc.)
Prepare sauces and accompaniments before meal service
Maintain a clean and organized work station, even during busy periods
Estimate food consumption and organize preparation, filling out prep lists daily
Perform added responsibilities as needed
