Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items while managing incoming orders
  • Interact with guests, showcasing passion for the foodservice and dedication to hospitality
  • Adjust food items to accommodate guest allergies and specific dietary concerns
  • Act as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure proper food service temperatures
  • Operate various kitchen appliances (blender, oven, flat top grill, stand mixer, etc.)
  • Prepare sauces and accompaniments before meal service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, even during peak periods
  • Estimate expected food consumption and organize preparation, completing daily prep lists
  • Perform added responsibilities as needed
