Responsibilities

Prepare food items while managing incoming orders
Interact with guests, showcasing passion for the foodservice and dedication to hospitality
Adjust food items to accommodate guest allergies and specific dietary concerns
Act as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure proper food service temperatures
Operate various kitchen appliances (blender, oven, flat top grill, stand mixer, etc.)
Prepare sauces and accompaniments before meal service
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, even during peak periods
Estimate expected food consumption and organize preparation, completing daily prep lists
Perform added responsibilities as needed
