Responsibilities

  • Prep food while managing incoming orders
  • Interact with guests, showcasing passion for foodservice and dedication to hospitality
  • Adjust food items to accommodate guest allergies or dietary concerns
  • Act as a liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
  • Operate various kitchen appliances (blender, oven, flat top grill, stand mixer, etc.)
  • Prepare sauces and accompaniments before meal service
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, even during busy periods
  • Estimate food consumption and organize preparation, filling out prep lists daily
  • Perform added responsibilities as needed
