Lilly StarT is a one-year talent program designed for junior and senior university students in relevant fields of study, offering an opportunity to join business functions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, receive on-the-job training, and gain hands-on experience.

Core competencies include strong verbal and written communication skills, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, high energy level and dynamism, high learning agility, openness to coaching and feedback, resilience, excellent planning and priority setting, analytical skills, fluency in English, very good use of MS Office programs, and availability to work full-time during summer break and at least 3 days a week during school term.

Participants must be able to work full-time during summer break and at least 3 days in a week during the school term.
