Requirements

Excellent Employee and Public Relations skills
Two or more years of previous lift experience
Previous customer service and supervisory experience
Responsible and able to direct the work of others
Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Avid Ski/Snowboarder
Valid Class “G” License and satisfactory driver’s abstract

Responsibilities

Support the Lift and Attractions Operators and Lift and Attractions Team Leads to ensure the safe operation of Ski Lifts and Attractions
Ensure all procedures are followed and standards maintained for both guests and Resort staff
Provide leadership and guidance to the operating teams
Assist in the training, coaching, performance management, evaluations, and performance feedback for all reporting employees
Assist with the schedules
Cultivate team spirit and cooperative work ethics; set an example and promote high quality, friendly, and cooperative relationships with guests, Lift teams, and all Resort staff
Deal with all ticket related issues, including but not limited to ticket or pass fraud
Schedule reports on the effectiveness of the Lift operation
Be responsible for startup/shutdown of all lifts and attractions
Ensure proper and complete documentation of the day-to-day lift operations
Liaise with payroll for Kronos updates and employee pay issues
Assist the Lift Manager in the production of seasonal plans/budgets
