Requirements

  • Excellent Employee and Public Relations skills
  • Two or more years of previous lift experience
  • Previous customer service and supervisory experience
  • Responsible and able to direct the work of others
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Avid Ski/Snowboarder
  • Valid Class “G” License and satisfactory driver’s abstract

Responsibilities

  • Support the Lift and Attractions Operators and Lift and Attractions Team Leads to ensure the safe operation of Ski Lifts and Attractions
  • Ensure all procedures are followed and standards maintained for both guests and Resort staff
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operating teams
  • Assist in the training, coaching, performance management, evaluations, and performance feedback for all reporting employees
  • Assist with the schedules
  • Cultivate team spirit and cooperative work ethics; set an example and promote high quality, friendly, and cooperative relationships with guests, Lift teams, and all Resort staff
  • Deal with all ticket related issues, including but not limited to ticket or pass fraud
  • Schedule reports on the effectiveness of the Lift operation
  • Be responsible for startup/shutdown of all lifts and attractions
  • Ensure proper and complete documentation of the day-to-day lift operations
  • Liaise with payroll for Kronos updates and employee pay issues
  • Assist the Lift Manager in the production of seasonal plans/budgets
