Responsibilities

  • Develop annual marketing plan and budget requirements as part of the Global Industry Marketing COE team during annual operational planning cycle, ensuring consistency with business goals and growth targets
  • Collaborate with Global LS sales leaders to ensure closed-loop feedback, seamless communication, and timely elevation of challenges and priorities
  • Collaborate with broader Global Marketing organization (Marcom, Events, Digital, Demand Generation, Social, PR) to execute integrated campaigns; lead a matrixed campaign crew
  • Manage LS marketing budget, spend tracking, ROI measurement, and tracking of plan vs. actual spend
  • Ensure global industry message alignment within regional focused campaigns (NA, EMEA, AP, LA) and appropriate budget allocations
  • Interface with LS customers to develop collaborations for webinars, conference presentations, articles, and blogs; identify trends and translate into investment opportunities and strategies
  • Develop and maintain network of marketing vendors, industry associations, and societies; establish thought leadership through presentations, blogs, and success stories; evaluate ROI for memberships
  • Participate in global projects as a member of the Global Industry Marketing team, contribute to strategic content creation, Automation Fair planning, and other global workstreams
  • Responsible for industry proof points, campaign material, collateral for trade conferences, and sales enablement support
  • Lead planning of LS marketing program at Automation Fair, including booth, demos, partner demos, customer presentations, panels, enablement, and booth staffing
  • Lead end-to-end integrated campaigns for Lifesciences industry, including campaign planning, global tactical execution, reporting, and tracking/reporting on monthly/quarterly targets to CMO and Marketing Leadership Team
  • Work closely with LS-focused sales teams (Global accounts and Regional) to support marketing plan, enable sales, capture feedback, and measure key campaign performance metrics
