Responsibilities

This role involves owning the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for Roo's Full & Part-Time Hiring program, designing personalized and automated communications to guide users from casual shifts to long-term commitments. Key responsibilities include building a full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategy, defining and optimizing lifecycle journeys for both hospitals and veterinary professionals, increasing placement conversions, and partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate messaging. The manager will also own the communication experience across the entire funnel, segment users, create journey maps, design and execute multi-channel campaigns, test and iterate messaging, define success metrics, build dashboards, and run experiments to improve performance.
