Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in technology consulting and the life sciences R&D industry in at least one of the following areas: research, clinical development, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, medical affairs, MD&D (medical device and diagnostics), EBP (evidence based practice), medtech, or related areas such as CRO’s, health institutions, health technology companies, etc
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading, consulting for or supporting R&D technology programs for biopharma/biotech
  • A Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Help clients, and other organizations in the broader healthcare ecosystem, get the right therapies to patients faster
  • Assess and improve R&D processes and their underlying technology platforms
  • Provide R&D technology subject matter expertise in areas such as EDC, CDMS, RIM, etc
  • Advise clients on how they can shape the next generation of technology capabilities to become data-driven, AI enabled organizations
  • Work on typical projects consisting of definition of an IT roadmap, assessment of current technology footprint and/or design and implementation of R&D systems to achieve a desired future state
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders that help Accenture become a trusted partner
  • Coach junior team members
  • Spot and pursue business development opportunities
  • Develop Accenture’s thought leadership in sales, marketing, and customer experience
