  • Współtworzenie i realizacja planów CX zgodnych ze strategią
  • Koordynacja projektów międzydziałowych: priorytety, harmonogramy, zadania
  • Monitorowanie postępów, wskaźników CX oraz przygotowywanie raportów i rekomendacji
  • Analiza procesów i proponowanie usprawnień w obsłudze klienta
  • Zapewnienie efektywnej komunikacji i współpracy z innymi działami (IT, Obsługa Klienta, Compliance)
  • Koordynowanie przepływu informacji, wsparcie zespołu i rozwiązywanie problemów operacyjnych
  • Przygotowywanie podsumowań, analiz i prezentacji dla Kierownika CX
  • Dbanie o spójność komunikacji i jakości obsługi w kanałach kontaktu z klientem
