  • Broad knowledge in Job Scheduling: Control-M, Autosys, TWS
  • Knowledge in Monitoring: Zabbix, Prometheus, Splunk
  • Knowledge in Backup: Commvault, Veeam, NetBackup
  • Knowledge in ITIL methodologies: Event, Incident, Problem, Change
  • +7 years of experience in mission-critical environments
  • Leadership skills and management of multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operation and management of IT services in: Batch & Monitoring, Control-M, Backup & Restore, Event Management
  • Ensure operational continuity, SLA compliance, and coordination of technical teams
  • Direct and supervise teams responsible for Batch & Monitoring, ensuring process execution and early incident detection
  • Manage job scheduling platforms (Control-M), ensuring planning, monitoring, and resolution of failures in critical processes
  • Coordinate Backup & Restore strategy, including planning, recovery testing, and policy compliance
  • Supervise Event Management, defining thresholds, event categorization, and escalation flows according to ITIL
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate capacity and availability reports, and present key indicators to management
  • Implement continuous improvement, identifying automation and optimization opportunities
  • Act as technical and organizational escalation point for major incidents (P1/P2)
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, applications, and security areas to ensure stability and resilience
  • Lead internal/external audits and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance
