Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts for the Hardlines category, partnering with Lego, setting objectives for licensees, and collaborating with market leads, category specialists, franchise, marketing, product development, and finance teams
  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with partners across EMEA and global markets (including US, Middle East, Eastern Europe), leading engagement, strategic planning, and joint business initiatives
  • Lead contract negotiations for designated Hardlines accounts, partnering with Lego, ensuring key decision-makers are informed
  • Work closely with creative teams and Global Interactive Experiences team to guide product development for Hardlines in collaboration with Lego
  • Support marketing campaigns for partners and retailers to promote Lego Star Wars products and collectibles
  • Champion the International Labour Standards (ILS) process, linking Hardlines suppliers (with Lego) and Disney’s ILS team
  • Generate innovative ideas, propose new business solutions, and lead research projects for scalable opportunities in Hardlines with Lego
  • Participate in market meetings, sharing Hardlines expertise with Lego, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective regional strategies
  • Forge partnerships with Disney’s market teams, sharing updates, strategies, franchise news for Hardlines with Lego, exchanging best practices, and addressing local needs
