Requirements

Responsibilities

The Licensed Transaction Coordinator will coordinate real estate deals, managing paperwork, drafting addenda, processing disclosures, and ensuring files are complete while working with agents, clients, lenders, and other parties to facilitate seamless transactions. They will proactively support multiple agents, build relationships, manage property access for vendors, minimize client stress by guiding them through the closing process, and ensure contractual deadlines are met, driving agent and client satisfaction through exceptional service.
