Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualification
Male candidate
Proficient in documentation skills (entering, transcribing, recording, and storing information in written and electronic formats)
Able to assess and provide feedback to improve program and service effectiveness
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to produce clear, concise reports and convey complex information respectfully
Committed to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information, including medical records
Adept at interpreting laboratory results, health records, and safety guidelines
Competent in basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to understand and follow instructions, and adapt to new situations
Willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively in a diverse environment

Responsibilities

Administer medications to clients using oral, injection, and self-administration methods in accordance with service line requirements
Perform nursing assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations, psychiatric screeners, and other health assessments
Accurately document medication administration, nursing assessments, and client progress, ensuring records meet service line standards
Conduct medication administration record (MAR) reviews, medication counts, monitor house stock of medications, and prepare pass medications as needed
Communicate with clients regarding medications, answer questions, and stage refill requests to providers per standard policies
Room clients by verifying data and medical history, confirming visit purpose, and obtaining preliminary requirements (blood draws, urine samples, vital signs)
Complete documentation for nursing assessments, interventions, safety plans, and nursing-led educational groups
Assist with general lab work, phlebotomy, and other clinical tasks
Function as a resource for nursing and medical issues, overseeing infectious disease control, client hygiene, and health-related issues under nursing leadership
Participate in required meetings, communicate effectively with team members for holistic client care, and perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership
