Responsibilities
- Provide quality eye care services to customers, assisting with selecting the best eyewear for their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Perform adjustments, repairs, and fittings of glasses and contact lenses
- Work closely with the licensed optometrist to ensure customers receive the highest level of care and satisfaction
- Work with a variety of optical products and equipment, ensuring they are clean, functional, and up to date
- Educate customers on proper eye health and safety
- Participate in vision screenings, outreach programs, and charitable events that support eye health and wellness
