Verify order data entry, compare Rx to original prescription, and ensure accuracy in the system
Complete proper order filing procedures using the ABC system
Provide excellent member service in person and over the phone, explaining exam fee procedures openly and honestly
Take measurements, ensure correct frame selection for Rx power, read prescriptions on lensometer
Notify customers timely of product readiness, advance orders (received, notified, dispensed), and handle money transactions
Educate patients on benefits of available products to deliver sales and metric goals
Carry out job functions as assigned, support club policies/procedures/compliance, and strive for flawless execution
Act with honesty/integrity, lead with member in mind, ensure safe/positive environment, embrace inclusion/diversity, and work collaboratively
Deliver GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), resolve/deescalate concerns
