Responsibilities

Dispense spectacles and other optical products to adults and children based on prescriptions
Advise and assist patients with various types of lenses and spectacle frames (style, weight, color)
Verify order data entry by comparing Rx to the original prescription from the doctor and ensure accuracy in the system
Complete proper order filing procedures, including filing under the correct ABC system in the store
Deliver sales through excellent member service in person and over the phone
Explain all procedures included under the exam fee openly and honestly while maintaining a friendly demeanor
Carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Strive for flawless execution, act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, address/escalate concerns, ensure a safe/positive environment, embrace inclusion/diversity, work collaboratively, move with speed/agility, innovate/adapt, and maintain a friendly/positive attitude
Deliver service excellence, resolve/deescalate member concerns, commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), and uphold club standards (GAA, fast/friendly/full/fresh/clean, stocked planograms, accurate signage, clean/organized)
Work as a team to achieve goals and deliver GOLD club standards daily
