Requirements
Licensed optician (able to perform all duties of an optician)

Responsibilities
Perform all duties required of an optician
Manage, teach, coach, and lead optical team members
Interact with members, confirm appointments, and maintain department upkeep
Serve as liaison between members and lab to ensure timely order processing
Provide information, direction, follow-up, and feedback to teams for success and engagement
Support application of policies, procedures, and compliance; address/escalate concerns
Acknowledge team member success, work collaboratively to achieve goals, identify/retain top talent
Empower team to resolve member concerns and ensure safe/positive member experience
Acquire and utilize business data/reporting to drive performance and correct process breakdowns
