Knowledge of system integrations (Medic, HCS, ObserveSmart) is preferred, along with critical thinking skills and the ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
The Level 1 IT Technician will be responsible for user access management, providing system support and troubleshooting, collaborating on system integrations, handling calls and providing support, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless system operations and timely resolution of technical issues.
