Responsibilities

Leitung und Entwicklung des Finanzbuchhaltungsteams mit 6 Mitarbeitenden
Entwicklung und Pflege des internen und externen Berichtswesens in Abstimmung mit der Leitung des kaufmännischen Bereichs
Sicherstellung der Ordnungsmäßigkeit der Buchführung sowie Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzkennzahlen
Periodische Berichterstattung an das Management
Anwendung und Erstellung von Analysen sowie permanente Optimierung und Simplifizierung der Abläufe
Verantwortung über die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und nach Konzernvorgaben inkl. Reporting
Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsrichtlinien
Periodengerechte Pflege von wiederkehrenden Auswertungen, Statistiken und Übersichten sowie Erstellung von ad-hoc-Auswertungen
Umsetzung von Sonderprojekten des Finanz- und Rechnungswesens und aktive Begleitung der Umsetzung von Integrations-/Change-Prozessen (z.B. SAP Umstellung)
Rolle der Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Banken, Behörden und Versicherungen
