Requirements

  • Degree in Law, Political Science, or Economics preferred — alternatively, solid experience in public procurement
  • Sound knowledge of commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on administrative law and public procurement regulations (Directive 2004/18/EC, Directive 2014/24/EU, and national legislation)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in common IT tools and good command of English (written and spoken) for collaboration with international stakeholders
  • Flexibility, openness to learning, collaborative mindset, and ability to prioritise and manage relationships with various stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update legal and administrative documentation in the company IT system (Next - Datagon), including creating documentation for offers and public procurement procedures
  • Create drafts of declarations/self-certifications and clarifications to respond to requests from Public Bodies
  • Provide consultancy to the Tender Office, U.O., and other company functions for correct interpretation of tender documentation
  • Review administrative tender documentation
  • Monitor and draft team KPIs, updating dedicated files on main activities (e.g., consultancy, appeals, training)
  • Draft legal-administrative communications to protect company interests
  • Support management of administrative litigation (in support of lawyer)
  • Participate in strategic corporate analyses and activities (e.g., Green Public Procurement, Value Based Procurement)
  • Actively involve in team training activities in public procurement
