Support legal processes and projects, including keeping contract records and agreements organized and up to date
Update and improve legal templates
Help manage and optimize legal tools like Lexion, Traact, and SharePoint
Identify opportunities to improve workflows or introduce helpful new tools
Collaborate across departments by scheduling meetings with the right stakeholders and preparing agendas and notes
Learn the basics of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and understand how different teams work with Legal to stay compliant
Work with the Legal-Contracts team to spot regulations or requirements that could affect commercial or international opportunities
