Requirements
- Current student in an accredited law school program (1L, 2L, 3L, or LLM)
- Strong academic credentials
- Legal research and writing skills
- Relevant background experience and interest in OGC practice areas (e.g., commercial and contract law, nonprofit tax, governance, technology, intellectual property, FCC and other regulatory matters, First Amendment, employment and labor)
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research
- Prepare legal memoranda, contracts, and other legal documents
- Participate in client meetings
- Participate in trainings
- Participate in legislative and regulatory meetings
- Engage in other projects, such as observing legal proceedings and attending legal training sessions
- Contribute across all practice areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
