Responsibilities

  • Prepare legal memoranda, contracts, and other legal documents
  • Participate in client meetings
  • Participate in trainings
  • Participate in legislative and regulatory meetings
  • Engage in other projects, such as observing legal proceedings and attending legal training sessions
  • Contribute across all practice areas
