Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French required
  • A first successful experience as intern in a law firm or in the legal commercial department of a company
  • Knowledge of IP law (copyright, trademarks, designs) is a plus
  • You master the Office Pack and demonstrate rigor, diplomacy and a sense of confidentiality
  • Sense of listening, availability, ability to work in a team, and a good sense of humor

Responsibilities

  • Managing IP protection and infringement issues, including trademark registrations, takedown requests, and pre-litigation or litigation cases in France and abroad
  • Contributing actively to the company’s strategy to strengthen the protection of its games and apps in an evolving legal environment
  • Drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements for publishing, marketing, and gaming teams, including publishing contracts, user acquisition and monetization agreements, service contracts, and partnership deals
