Responsibilities

  • Work with ELCA member on projects to understand legal concerns in chosen practice areas
  • Analyze current industry issues and participate in analysis with stakeholders
  • Engage in review of legal advice in chosen practice areas, including contractual issues and legal risk assessments
  • Support pre-litigation and minor litigation matters
  • Analyze and present on an area of law to ELCA members and/or stakeholders
  • Create guidelines on various areas of law for ELCA members and/or stakeholders
  • Engage with the global ELCA team for international experience
  • Rotate through at least 3 practice areas
