Requirements

Enrollment in an accredited law school, having successfully completed 2nd year
Demonstrated passion or keen interest in technology law, financial services, and cryptocurrency
Prior experience with a regulated financial services firm (preferred)
Previous experience in a professional office or corporate setting
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a deadline-driven environment
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal teams and external partners

Responsibilities

Review, redline, and manage commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, custodial services agreements, trading agreements, and NDAs
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on domestic and international regulatory issues at the intersection of financial services, technology, and cryptocurrency
Assist with various corporate governance tasks to maintain legal compliance and operational integrity
