Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience as a practicing attorney, including at least 2 years in-house or advising corporate clients in Switzerland
  • Strong expertise in Swiss employment law; knowledge of staff leasing regulations (LSE) and labour leasing compliance is a plus
  • Good understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks applicable to international service providers
  • Experience advising on cross-border employment and work permit regulations is a plus
  • Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business advice
  • Ability to balance legal risk with business priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in French and English required; German is a strong asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels
  • Prior experience in a global or multi-jurisdictional organization

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in ensuring global compliance with intellectual property transfer agreements and related mechanisms
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial and corporate agreements
  • Assisting in providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice on legal topics (e.g., fintech, labor laws, corporate matters, etc.)
  • Assisting with the review and negotiation of client and vendor agreements, and supporting internal compliance efforts
  • Handling and assisting with a variety of other issues and projects as they arise
