Strong negotiation, contract drafting, and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide concise legal advice aligned with business objectives
Understanding of artificial intelligence concepts as they relate to legal practice, and the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, reliability, and ethical compliance within the context of legal work

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and assist with commercial contracts and other transactional documents
Support internal business, marketing, and public relations teams by advising on compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Conduct legal research and assist with due diligence and negotiations for commercial transactions
Investigate and analyze factual and legal issues related to the interpretation and application of contractual provisions
Collaborate with attorneys to deliver timely, practical, and business-focused legal advice
