LLB/JD or equivalent degree in law
3+ years of relevant experience
Expertise in contract law and software licensing
Strong understanding of technology laws
Fluent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements, marketing agreements, software licensing agreements, NDAs, and employment contracts, etc
Template creation, drafting internal policies, and providing general legal advice to all business functions
Providing support on a broad range of legal topics such as general corporate, compliance, commercial and other transactions, and ad hoc projects
Setting up new processes, drafting new templates, and creating new workflows for the Legal team and collaboration with other stakeholders
