Responsibilities

The SVP of Data Compliance and Risk will lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, overseeing the development and enhancement of compliance frameworks across key areas like Privacy, Cybersecurity, AI, and Records. This includes drafting policies and standards, building governance frameworks, implementing procedures and controls, delivering training, and conducting monitoring and testing activities. The role also requires collaborating with internal stakeholders, identifying and closing compliance gaps, and serving as a subject matter expert on regulatory matters, as well as managing issues, escalations, and reporting.
