Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of legal experience, preferably in the asset management sector
  • Preferably exposure in the drafting and review of contracts
  • Excellent written and oral skills (Mandarin language skills would be a plus)
  • Ability to interact with a diverse group of internal and external contacts
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Provides legal support in respect of Asia ex-Japan institutional and intermediaries clients by maintaining and updating various internal legal databases and systems, including compiling of various data points and checking content of existing and terminated agreements
  • Provides legal support on company secretarial matters in respect of T. Rowe Price entities in APAC
  • Provides legal support in respect of T. Rowe Price Australian unit trusts fund range and T. Rowe Price Funds SICAV fund range registered in APAC, including checking and reviewing offering documents
  • Providing legal support on privacy and data protection matters, in particular assisting with monitoring legal and regulatory developments in APAC
