Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Talent Development to translate business priorities into scalable learning solutions aligned to firm strategy
  • Design, develop, and iterate learning programs, courses, and curricula that address skill development, leadership growth, and career readiness
  • Build blended learning experiences leveraging multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, self-paced, social & peer learning, and digital content)
  • Serve as lead designer and project manager for key learning initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes
  • Curate or create learning content (toolkits, facilitator guides, job aids, and eLearning) aligned with adult learning principles
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of major learning programs—including project plans, communication strategies, and success metrics
  • Partner with Learning Administrators to manage logistics, LMS setup (Docebo), communications, and tracking
  • Maintain and enhance the learning catalog and curriculum roadmap, ensuring programs evolve with business needs
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to source or co-develop content as needed
  • Define program success criteria, gather participant and stakeholder feedback, and measure impact beyond satisfaction metrics
  • Use data and insights to recommend enhancements and demonstrate learning ROI
  • Coach and develop Learning Administrators, providing guidance
