Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Learning and Development activities as part of the Learning Delivery team supporting backend classroom training/VILT and Web Based trainings for Accenture employees/External clients
  • Manage learning solutions, including registration, vendor management, product support, and learning management system
  • Take client delivery information (course identification, dates, venue, capacity, preferred resources) and obtain suitable information to publish class schedules within a stated calendar period on client systems (Learning Management Systems) or Accenture equivalent
  • Ensure successful delivery of learning solutions and review their effectiveness and applicability
  • Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  • Interact within own team and with direct supervisor
  • Follow detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
  • Make decisions impacting own work as an individual contributor with a predetermined, focused scope of work
