Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to work independently, while also being able to contribute to a collaborative environment
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models and learning technologies
Focus on Learner Centered Design (vs. content-centric)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships, facilitate workshops and present ideas effectively to diverse audiences
Project management skills including organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field
8-10 Years working in a Talent Development, Learning Design, Learning Experience, or Instructional Design role
Experience designing learning interventions focused on shifting behaviors in key areas (leader development, DEI, professional development)
Comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership

Responsibilities

Develop a variety of engaging learning experiences including in-person and virtual workshops; webinars, videos, campaigns, communities, and other resources that align with organizational objectives and improve the effectiveness of leaders and employees
Partner with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to gather insights, validate content, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and learner needs
Collaborate with other training teams to recommend, encourage, and communicate sound design principles and strategies to create a positive learner experience
Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in leadership and professional skills within the organization; collaborating with stakeholders to define learning objectives and performance outcomes
Design evaluation strategies and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning interventions, continuously refining content based on feedback and data analysis
Leverage learning technologies and authoring tools to create interactive and multimedia-rich learning solutions, ensuring accessibility and compatibility across various platforms and devices
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets, while maintaining high-quality standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Provide support for facilitators and trainers delivering content by offering resources and instructional materials
