Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar L&D, enablement, or sales training role, ideally in a regulated or financial services environment
  • Track record of designing and delivering blended learning (virtual, in-person, and self-paced eLearning) that improves on-the-job performance
  • Experience with learning tools and platforms such as Seismic, Cornerstone, Articulate Rise, Camtasia and more
  • Experience using instructional design methods (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, action mapping, microlearning) and adult learning principles
  • Curious and data-informed: ability to test, use learnings, and make improvements quickly
  • Inclusive by design: writes in plain English, reduces bias in examples, and designs for different learning needs
  • Great at building trusted relationships and influencing across product, sales, compliance, marketing, and HR
  • Leverages available resources effectively: accountable and proactive to find resources, knowledge, and networks to get actions completed

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose capability needs across customer-facing, enablement, and sales teams; translate insights into clear learning objectives and roadmaps
  • Deliver facilitation (virtual and in-person) and coach leaders to strengthen learning on the job
  • Partner on compliance and regulatory learning to keep content accurate, current, and engaging for learners in regulated roles
  • Measure what matters: define success metrics up front, build simple dashboards, and iterate content based on adoption and outcomes
  • Curate and refresh content (internal and external) so our catalogue stays relevant, inclusive, and aligned to role expectations
  • Coordinate and manage learning events, webinars, and onboarding schedules for new hires and sales teams
  • Support the creation and management of self-paced learning modules and internal knowledge pages
