Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, and ideally have 3-5 years of experience in learning and talent development, with a preference for experience in the insurance industry. Strong facilitation skills and some content design experience are required, along with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

The Learning and Talent Development Consultant will create and implement learning and development programs, manage program activities, and perform administrative and planning tasks related to these functions. They will support the L&TM Senior Manager in executing the Learning & Development strategy, identify performance gaps, develop strategies and solutions, and ensure an effective learning experience for participants by partnering with various stakeholders. The role involves facilitating learning in both classroom and online settings, researching subject matter, utilizing assessment tools, and reviewing content for accuracy and completeness, while also completing assigned projects and executing learning and development processes to meet established objectives.
