Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of coursework and experience in Human Resources related field
  • 8+ years’ experience in a Learning and Development position
  • Experience developing, implementing, and delivering training content, manuals, guides, and course materials for leadership development
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to plan, identify, coordinate, and track critical activities, milestones, and deliverables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively to a variety of audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks
  • Experience facilitating learning workshops

Responsibilities

  • Serve as program/project manager for workshops and multiple learning experiences as a part of the Global Learning and Development team
  • Partner with external vendors to organize learning events
  • Collect and analyze learning feedback, consolidate, and suggest improvements
  • Own full lifecycle of learning/event curriculum from design, development, execution and support for learning & development programs
  • Collaborate with global business stakeholders, subject matter experts, HRBPs, and HRMs to develop learning content that exemplifies NVIDIA culture
  • Structure conversations and apply appropriate facilitation techniques to keep discussions effective
  • Foster participation and get people to come up with ideas, thoughts and perspectives that add value
  • Ideate, develop and deliver curriculum and learning events for global development programs with a focus on APAC region
