Requirements

  • Engaging facilitator passionate about face-to-face learning experiences with ability to flex approach to different audiences
  • Strong communication skills to explain key concepts freshly to both new and experienced learners
  • Ability to analyse relationship between business needs and training outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead engaging workshops for mostly virtual remote audiences, and in-person when required
  • Coordinate workshop logistics, including attendance registers and adapting delivery methods to engage learners
  • Build training workshops using tools like FigJam, Slides, or other suitable mediums, incorporating assets from Training Design team or self-created
  • Strategically close knowledge gaps inventively, e.g., creating quick videos, running ad-hoc “lunch and learns,” or other solutions
  • Analyse data from multiple sources (learner surveys, COps performance metrics, cohort metrics, knowledge checks) to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Contribute to Learning/Performance strategy discussions by providing insights and spotting opportunities/trends in training delivery
  • Use facilitation skills to bring content to life, translating theory into real-world application to support COps skills, knowledge, and behaviour
