Responsibilities

Provide L&D operational support for the Lilly Medicines Foundry site to ensure personnel are qualified and capable
Leverage performance consulting to assess business needs and recommend learning solutions for capability and competency gaps
Collaborate cross-functionally with Lilly learning leaders, business partners, suppliers, and L&D partners for alignment
Support site L&D training initiatives (e.g., facilitation, onboarding)
Build relationships with functional leaders and business partners to support business results
Provide instructional design expertise, feedback, and guidance
Develop and execute comprehensive performance strategies to ensure employees are trained, qualified, and capable
Develop, maintain, and improve business processes and metrics for training systems
Create controls/reports/structures to qualify employees and contract workers
Support audits, inspections, and business issues
Conduct needs and target audience analysis to identify learning and performance gaps
Develop innovative deliverables for learning solutions
Apply project management for timely delivery of performance solutions
Manage budget for small- to medium-size projects or programs
