Responsibilities

  • Provide L&D operational support for the Lilly Medicines Foundry site to ensure personnel are qualified and capable
  • Leverage performance consulting to assess business needs and recommend learning solutions for capability and competency gaps
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Lilly learning leaders, business partners, suppliers, and L&D partners for alignment
  • Support site L&D training initiatives (e.g., facilitation, onboarding)
  • Build relationships with functional leaders and business partners to support business results
  • Provide instructional design expertise, feedback, and guidance
  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance strategies to ensure employees are trained, qualified, and capable
  • Develop, maintain, and improve business processes and metrics for training systems
  • Create controls/reports/structures to qualify employees and contract workers
  • Support audits, inspections, and business issues
  • Conduct needs and target audience analysis to identify learning and performance gaps
