Requirements

Experience leading customer education initiatives in a high-paced environment with a strong focus on change management and transformation
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute targeted learning strategies that align with overall business objectives
Understanding of instructional design principles (ADDIE model, learning design thinking) and expertise in translating them into learning and enablement initiatives
Working with SaaS solutions, customer onboarding, and/or Omnichannel strategy and execution within the pharma industry (Experience with Veeva or Salesforce CRM is a plus)

Responsibilities

Lead Customer Education Initiatives – Analyze customer needs, transformation goals, and skills gaps to design targeted learning strategies that enable successful customer transformation, fostering the adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working
Design and Develop Learning Experiences – Develop and deliver customer-centric training programs, leveraging instructional design principles to ensure engagement and competence building
Collaborate for Impact – Work closely with internal teams, including change managers, subject-matter experts, product, and customer success to align learning solutions with business objectives and customer needs
Curate & Develop Learning Content – Create and maintain diverse learning materials such as training scripts, presentations, interactive guides, video tutorials, and assessments
Facilitate Training & Workshops – Conduct interactive training sessions, both online and in-person, ensuring a dynamic and tailored learning experience for diverse audiences
Drive Continuous Learning – Collect and analyze feedback, iterating on learning content and delivery approaches to maximize impact
Enhance Customer Engagement – Maintain proactive communication with customers, guiding them through their learning journey and ensuring ongoing support
Measure & Optimize Success – Monitor the effectiveness of learning programs, track engagement rates, and analyze customer feedback to continuously refine and improve training initiatives
