Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ year of experience in a corporate setting (advantage if as an LMS Administrator)
  • Mastery and practical usage of written and verbal English in a corporate setting
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Experience in Power BI, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate is an advantage
  • Ability to gain new technical skills quickly
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update learning materials, resources, and databases
  • Ensure that all learning content is current, relevant, and easily accessible to employees
  • Support the successful deployment, engagement, and adoption of digital learning
  • Troubleshoot user issues with training-related technologies
  • Assist with the management and maintenance of all digital learning resources
  • Provide administrative support to the learning and development team, including managing training records, tracking attendance, and preparing reports on training activities and outcomes
  • Activate and track adoption of digital training programs for NIQ associates and customer users
  • Actively manage NielsenIQ’s Learning Management Systems (LMS) and accurately build/manage learning programs end-to-end, including testing setup logic
  • Create and manage reporting processes and tracking of content usage for training programs and other projects using LMS analytics and Power BI
  • Track and monitor Instructor Led Training (ILT) session participation and digital training completion through various LME systems
  • Manage certification communications (internal & client), ensure certifications are accurately reflected across relevant systems, and maintain data integrity for PowerBI reporting
  • Act as a point of contact for training-related inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of training programs
  • Work cross-functionally with L&D team members, Product Leaders, and Customer Success associates to ensure end-user learning needs are met
  • Assist in the evaluation of training programs by collecting and analyzing feedback from participants
  • Provide recommendations for improvements based on feedback and evaluation results
  • Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars for Academy programs
  • Ensure all logistical arrangements are in place, including venue booking, equipment setup, and participant communication
