Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering, or similar technical degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience with proven experience utilizing Lean Manufacturing initiatives in a production environment
Demonstrated track record in process improvement, conflict resolution, process design, and change management
Six Sigma experience preferred

Responsibilities

Facilitate kaizen events and other lean initiatives such as 5S, one-piece flow, standardized work, and Kanban
Utilize knowledge of value stream mapping, project management, data collection and analysis, and development and implementation of process improvements
Perform workplace audits and value stream mapping
Provide training and coaching for project sponsors, leaders, and teammates on Lean leadership
Lead project teams to deliver project safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
Report on project progress to process owners and other appropriate leadership levels
Support the business in establishing “best practices.”
Support, comply with, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards and regulations, as well as other company policies and procedures
Perform any other duties as assigned
