Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
  • Experience contributing to successful product launches in tech or telecom
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate insights into action
  • Solid understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work across teams and influence outcomes
  • Office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week in the posted location(s)

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the technical product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure alignment with market demands and deliver customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives
  • Support the development of product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with business goals
  • Assist in identifying customer needs and market opportunities through research and analysis
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver MVPs and iterate based on feedback
  • Help define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage delivery timelines
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to inform enhancements and optimizations
  • Contribute to go-to-market planning and execution in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Participate in the generation, collection, and evaluation of new product ideas from internal teams and external sources
  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform product strategy and feature development
  • Support ideation workshops and innovation sprints to foster creative thinking and cross-functional collaboration
  • Build strong relationships across teams to ensure alignment and momentum
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and learnings to stakeholders
  • Participate in team standups and program reviews and contribute to a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
