Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a talent sourcing role (or full-cycle recruiting with a heavy sourcing focus) within a high-growth technology company or agency
  • Proven success in sourcing for complex technical roles

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, engage, and activate passive, high-impact technical talent for critical engineering roles (e.g., Software Engineering, AI, Data Engineering)
  • Build and nurture diverse, long-term talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Leverage creative sourcing strategies and tools (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow, technical communities, open-source projects) to find and connect with talent
  • Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador, creating compelling, personalized candidate experiences
  • Use data and market intelligence to inform sourcing strategy, influence hiring managers, and provide insights on talent maps, competitor landscapes, and market trends
  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and calibrate on talent quality
  • Meticulously track all sourcing activity, candidate data, and pipeline metrics in ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) to ensure data integrity and report on effectiveness
  • Own top-of-funnel strategy for critical technical roles and co-design sourcing strategy, mapping the talent market
