Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of product management experience in telecom, with a focus on wireless and broadband billing systems
  • Deep domain expertise in telecom billing processes, revenue assurance, charging, invoicing, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to lead within SAFe Agile frameworks; SAFe certification highly desirable
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
  • Office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week in Plano, Texas (no relocation offered)

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for wireless and broadband billing solutions
  • Transform business ideas and requirements into clear, prioritized features and actionable user stories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business stakeholders, IT, and engineering—to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Lead SAFe Agile ceremonies and foster alignment across teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and communication bridge
  • Analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to inform and evolve product direction
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance product capabilities and streamline decision-making
  • Continuously gather feedback, monitor performance metrics, and refine product features to drive ongoing improvement
