Requirements

Strong technical, business, and customer skills for deep technical consultation
Mid-market and enterprise software pre-sales experience in a SaaS or technology product organization
Strong experience with ITSM/ITIL and cloud-based infrastructure
Passion and ability to act as a trusted advisor through all stages of the sales cycle to mid-market and enterprise customers
Experience in thought leadership, including deep thinking on problem statements, market trends research, experiential analysis, competitive learning, or analyst research
Keen eye for product gaps, bugs, and enhancements to communicate with product teams
Ability to create assets based on thought leadership, domain expertise, and market trends knowledge

Responsibilities

Support UKI team in closing new business opportunities and consulting/selling to strategic prospects and accounts
Provide thought leadership to prospects and represent Freshworks at industry conferences and events
Act as the voice of GTM teams to the product organization, communicating product gaps, bugs, and enhancements
Lead big deal conversations, engage with mid-market and enterprise customers at mid-to-senior levels, and help close large deals
Mentor lead or senior solution engineers with technical strategies and approaches to solving customer problems
Nurture long-term partnerships by becoming a trusted advisor to customers
Work closely with extended teams to drive the technical win by evangelizing, enabling, and engaging with customers
Participate in pre-sales efforts, including technical sales presentations and proof-of-concepts
Articulate value proposition and technology solutions to business and technical audiences
