Requirements

Hands-on development experience with the Solix Archival Tool, including configuring archival jobs, building workflows, designing data models, and tuning performance
SQL development abilities across databases such as Oracle/SQL Server/DB2 LUW/DB2 z/OS
Experience building data extraction, migration, and archival scripts using shell scripting (KornShell, Perl) and utilities like SQLLoader, Import/Export, OEM, Attunity
Ability to develop and modify Solix adapters, archive metadata structures, and custom archive access queries
Experience handling data transformations, BLOB/CLOB conversions, file collections, and archive directory setup
Familiarity with archiving storage platforms (e.g., NetApp, Centera) and retention/compliance requirements
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for archive job failures, workflow issues, SQL errors, and tool limitations

Responsibilities
