Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in .NET development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development
Strong experience with Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native design
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex software projects on time and within scope
Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise integration strategies
Experience with SQL Server and performance optimization of database queries
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of .NET-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices across development teams
Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs
Guide the integration of .NET applications with Dynamics 365, Azure Functions and Web Jobs, and other enterprise platforms
Mentor and coach developers, conduct code reviews, and support skill development across the team
Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline setup, automated testing, and deployment strategies
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions to improve system reliability and performance
Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across teams
