Requirements

  • 6 years of software development / engineering experience
  • MS/BS in Software Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience programming in Java
  • Experience with microservice development (plus)
  • Experience programming with Javascript frameworks like Angular and Ember
  • Experience in web application development
  • Understanding of relational databases such as MS SQL Server
  • Experience with non-relational databases like MongoDB (plus)
  • Familiarity with Agile process

Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable single-page web applications
  • Lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles
  • Evaluate new technologies to enhance our SaaS platform
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews and testing
  • Mentor developers and foster best practices
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA, DevOps, and other teams
  • Architect and implement system features
  • Guide team members and delegate tasks effectively
  • Maintain project timelines and stakeholder communication
  • Troubleshoot issues and manage infrastructure resources
  • Document and communicate design decisions clearly
  • Promote automated testing and quality assurance
