Requirements

Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Blaze (rules engine), and RESTful/GraphQL integration patterns
Experience with Azure platform including AKS (Kubernetes), Redis, PostgreSQL, App Gateway
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (build/test/deploy), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM)
Knowledge of Azure Data Factory for data movements/orchestration
Skills in observability tools (logs, metrics, Grafana dashboards, alerts tied to SLOs/SLAs)
Ability to lead incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), performance tuning, and capacity planning

Responsibilities

Mentor a team of developers through prioritization, quality gates, code reviews, pairing, and mentoring to drive predictable delivery
Remain hands-on in the codebase: design, implement, and review features and fixes using Java, Spring Boot, Blaze, and RESTful/GraphQL patterns
Enforce coding standards, testing strategies, secure coding practices, and documentation expectations; ensure changes are observable, reversible, and well-documented
Own CI/CD pipelines (build/test/deploy), environment promotion, and safe rollback across UAT and Production
Manage Azure platform: AKS (Kubernetes), Redis, PostgreSQL, App Gateway; plan and execute patching/upgrades for frameworks, base images, and dependencies; address end-of-life components
Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM) to define, version, and audit environment changes
Coordinate with Azure Data Factory for data movements/orchestration supporting application workflows and reporting
Implement logs and metrics for troubleshooting and platform health analysis
Implement accurate performance/stability dashboards (Grafana, etc.) and alerts tied to SLOs/SLAs
Lead incident response and RCA, converting findings into prevention/mitigation tasks with measurable outcomes
Drive performance tuning (application, database, network paths) and capacity planning
